Our facility's primary focus is helping others achieve a healthy and strong body, as well as a beautiful body that functions in every plane of motion. We train all fitness levels and all ages.

It is our focus to break the "typical" gym mentality and provide a comfortable, welcoming and safe environment for all who desire to learn how to exercise properly and achieve optimum health. We do not believe that one size fits all and pride ourselves on training each person individually, taking special circumstances into account.

Nicki has participated in many sport and exercise programs throughout her life. She is very passionate about exercise, physical fitness, and assisting others in achieving their own personal goals. She completed a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology while working with an aquatics movement class, which focused on balance issues, rheumatoid arthritis, and post surgery rehabilitation. Nicki instructs core conditioning and group fitness training, and has spent over 300 hours working with clientele as an exercise psychology consultant.
